Exchange & Return Policy

  • Eligibility for Exchange/Return:
    • We offer exchanges for size issues or defective items only.
    • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order.
    • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
  • Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items:
    • Sale items, customized orders, and international orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless defective.
    • Items with perfume, stains, or damage due to customer mishandling will not be eligible for exchange.
  • How to Request an Exchange:
    • Email us at support@luxesew.com with your order number, item details, and reason for exchange within 7 days of delivery.
    • Once approved, ship the item back to our warehouse at your expense.
    • After inspection, we will dispatch the replacement item.
  • Refunds & Store Credit:
    • We do not offer cash refunds. Instead, customers will receive store credit for eligible returns.
    • Store credit is valid for 6 months and can be used on future purchases.
  • Order Cancellation:
    • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
    • Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.
  • Faulty or Incorrect Items:
    • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images.
    • We will cover the return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.
